I'm in the process of making a Portfolio. I had this drawing of Krystal laying in on my HD. Though it was just the Lineart. So I have spend the whole day completing this image so I can use it in my Portfolio. And here is the results

This was a really well thought out plan. I really does look like she's standing on water and I think how the fireflies are glowing makes it stand out.

Whatever drawing program you use I'm sure you have been using it for a while. I haven't seen another drawing like this before - did you make it up? Or did you see something like this that inspired you?

The fox looks like a very elegant character - Does she have a name? Or did I miss it?

Hopefully you will make more like this. I will watch out for any more of your drawings -- Hopefully you will also come to my deviantart page.

Overall, Wonderful drawing. Keep up the good work!

So, overall this deviation is very well done and obviously well - thought out. The blending of the colors is great, the color choice works well, and her clothing isproportionate o her body, which most artists do not think about. There are only a few things which I would like to give some constructive criticism on.

First of all, you should be careful when adding in light. It looks as if the light should be coming from behind her in the picture, when you've put that it flows in from above. A minor detail that comes with practice.

The second thing is not exactly constructive criticism, but more of a...I suppose conceptual idea. Is she supposed to be standing ON the water? If not, it might have adda=ed a bit of impact if her feet were slightly submerged in the water; that is, the bottoms of her feet (claws and sandals) would have been a little darker, as a normal person would look when submerged in water.

As stated, this is an awesome piece and looks good in ANY artists portfolio. Well done!
